- Duties
- Assist with all aspects of benefits administration new enrollments, terminations, ACA eligibility, resolving discrepancies with carriers and payroll, and answering benefit-related questions
- Process monthly billings from insurance providers-review for accuracy, codes, and advances for payment; process changes within deadlines
- Assist with processing employee terminations and evaluations
- Conduct exit and stay interviews
- Provide turnover and retention statistics
- Assist with Unemployment claims
- Manage employee recognition programs
- Assist with policy reviews and edits
- Other HR related duties \$25 $27/hr., DOE; Full benefit package offered upon hire
- Requirements
- 5 yrs in Human Resources, with benefits administration experienceneeded.
Working knowledge of MS Office, strong communication skills;Associates degree preferred
