Benefits may vary based on position type and/or level Job Summary The Compensation Consultant 2 provides strategic compensation consulting and project management for competitive pay programs and pay for performance philosophies. SALARY The pay range for this position is $47.05 (entry-level qualifications) – $72.93 (highly experienced). The specific rate will depend upon the successful candidate’s specific qualifications and prior experience. Essential Functions of the Role + Works strategically across functional areas to identify, plan, develop and deliver compensation services and tools with high quality outcomes. + Manages compensation projects and initiatives. This may include the Compensation Committee, annual merit planning, incentive programs, and job architecture. + Helps with projects, maintains project timelines, creates presentations, communication materials, policies, etc. + Partners with Compensation management and HR Business Services to develop compensation strategies and practices. + Socializes new or changed pay programs with HR Business Services and business managers to include presentations for areas helped. + Respond to internal requests for job reviews, pricing new positions, and equity adjustments. Ensure internal and external equity. + Conducts complex internal and external third-party market testing and reviews. + Research compensation trends and bes
