EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING
An associate degree in business or related field; or 2 years of experience in employee benefit administration in lieu of a degree is required.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Two years of experience in employee benefit administration preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
