Pay Range:
$45 to $46/hour on W2. Summary This role will serve as the key liaison between the TPA, CH payroll, and other vendor partnerships. The primary functions will ensure accurate data processing, regulatory compliance, and timely resolution of employee inquiries related to retirement benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer the company’s retirement plans (403b, 403b match, 457b), including overseeing employee enrollments, deferral changes, distributions, and terminations. Serve as the primary point of contact for coordination between the payroll department and plan provider. Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll contributions and plan data. Monitor plan compliance with ERISA, IRS, and DOL requirements, and coordinate annual testing and audits. Respond to employee questions regarding plan participation, loan options, distributions, vesting, upcoming retirement and other plan features. Conduct employee education sessions and support retirement planning communication initiatives. Maintain and reconcile plan records and documentation as required.
REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience
- Strong knowledge of all federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements and other laws affecting benefit programs including ACA, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, ADA, Section 125, DOL requirements.
- Retirement plan administration experience. Well versed in Excel and familiar with regulations/compliance (ERISA, ACA, Non-Discrimination Testing, audits, etc.).
- Proficiency in HRIS applications
- Open enrollment experience
- Outsourced vendor project management experience
