Basic Job Functions:
This position will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to stock compensation, executive compensation and corporate governance.
The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- Assist with calculation and communication of bonuses, RSUs and options
- Assist with calculation and communication of dividends and dividend equivalents
- Assist with preparation for meetings of the Board of Directors
- Prepare various account reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare insider ownership forms to be filed with the SEC
- Prepare forms to be filed with the NYSE
- Interaction with divisions to pay executive compensation and related taxes Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Accounting or payroll experience
- Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Four-year degree
