Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm Array Corporation is seeking a Benefits Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Deliver clear and timely communication to employees about health coverage during open enrollment and throughout the plan year. Collect, analyze, and provide data to create a benefits strategy to be shared with the manager and approved by the executive team. Lead in survey creation; collect employee data to understand and provide coverage that adds value for internal/external employees in all company markets. Partner with benefits consulting firms to discuss business strategy and goals, go to market for coverage, and negotiate rates. Create, maintain, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs). Perform benefit-related functions that do not fall under the realm of the benefits consulting firm, including identifying new hires, terminations, completing medical and child support forms, and tracking protected leave payments. Assist with compliance, reporting, and process improvements. Process timely invoice reconciliations for all benefit offerings. Lead other team members in projects and process creation. Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including intermediate Excel experience. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively. Establish priorities with ease, work independently, and achieve objectives with limited supervision. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
