Overview The Benefits Analyst plays a key role in theadministration, analysis, and support of employee benefit programsacross Canada. This position will support the Senior BenefitsSupervisor in the delivery of health, welfare, retirement, andleave programs, ensuring compliance with federal and provincialregulations. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented,data-savvy, and familiar with benefit needs in both union andnon-union environments, particularly in the construction or fieldservices sectors. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Support theadministration of group benefit programs including health andwelfare, RRSP, short- and long-term disability, and leaves ofabsence. Provide subject matter expertise on provincial and federalbenefit entitlements, with strong knowledge of Ontario, BritishColumbia, Quebec, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba regulations.

Act as a point of contact for employee and manager benefitinquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.

Coordinate with third-party providers for benefit enrollments,claims escalations, and leave/disability management. Preparereports and analyses related to benefit utilization, costs, andtrends using Excel and ADP. Assist in the planning andcommunication of annual benefits enrolment and otherbenefit-related campaigns. Ensure accurate data entry and filemanagement in ADP and other HRIS platforms. Collaborate withpayroll, HR business partners, and union representatives as neededon benefits-related matters. Remain up to date on legislative andregulatory changes impacting provincial health care, privatesupplemental coverage, and retirement plans. Qualifications Degreeor Post-secondary education in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or a related field. 3 years of experience inbenefits administration or HR operations, preferably in amulti-provincial and unionized environment. Strong understanding ofCanadian health and welfare programs, provincial health insurance,extended health care, disability programs, and RRSPs. Demonstratedknowledge of provincial benefit requirements and policies inOntario, BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Quebec.

Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) and experiencedwith ADP or equivalent HRIS platforms. Excellent attention todetail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbalcommunication skills with a customer-service mindset. Bilingual inEnglish and French (an asset, especially for Quebec-related work).Working Conditions Office-based in Hanover, MD or GTA, Ontario withpotential for occasional travel to other states and provinces.

Additional Information Salary Range:

$68,000-78,000 USD or$77,000-$88,000 CAD Actual salary will be based on a variety offactors including relevant internal and external experience,knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or otherfactors permitted by law
