Overview The Total Rewards Administrator supports the day-to-dayoperations of the employee benefits and compensation program,servicing both union and non-union employee groups across the U.S.and Canada. This role plays a key part in maintaining benefitsystems and processes, monitoring communications, and supporting adiverse and highly mobile field workforce. The Total RewardsAdministrator ensures accuracy and compliance in health and welfarebenefits, 401(k), short-term disability, compensation and relatedprograms, and provides high-level administrative and technicalsupport to the Total Rewards Team. Responsibilities KeyResponsibilities Monitor and manage the general benefits andcompensation email inbox, ensuring timely and professionalresponses and follow-up. Assisting in employee benefit programsincluding medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-termdisability, long-term disability, and 401(k), in both union andnon-union environments. Support benefit enrollment, changes,terminations, and life events through the HRIS system (ADP) whereneeded. Assist with processing benefit-related transactions andreconciling data between carriers, internal systems, and payroll.

Maintain employee records related to benefits and compensation in ahighly organized and confidential manner. Provide administrativesupport during open enrollment and year-end processes, includingmaterial preparation, audits, and data uploads. Provideadministrative support during annual increase and annual bonusprocesses. Work closely with HR Business Partners, payroll, andexternal vendors to resolve benefit and compensation relatedissues. Assist in coordinating communications and educatingemployees on plan options and policies. Maintain a strongunderstanding of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and other relevant regulations.

Provide support across a large field-based workforce with varyingeligibility and enrollment timelines. Contribute to the continuousimprovement of processes and employee experience. Canadian benefitsexperience or willingness to develop cross-border benefitsknowledge is a strong asset. Qualifications Required QualificationsAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or related field preferred. 2 years of experiencein benefits/compensation administration or HR operations;construction or field-based workforce exposure preferred. Strongworking knowledge of group health plans, 401(k) retirement plans,and disability programs. Familiarity with union benefitsadministration and collective bargaining agreement provisionspreferred. Experience working in ADP Workforce Now or a similarHRIS system required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel(pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data reconciliation). Exceptionalattention to detail and organizational skills. Self-starter with ahigh level of initiative and the ability to work independently andin a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communicationskills. Canadian benefits knowledge is a plus. Work EnvironmentThis role is based in the corporate office in Hanover, MD. Somelimited travel may be required for training, meetings, or benefitsevents.

Additional Information Salary Range:

$55,000-$65,000 Actualsalary will be based on a variety of factors including relevantinternal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job,geographical location or other factors permitted by law
