Responsibilities:

Typical Day You Will:
Serve as a consultant to Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP) providing guidance and solutions to compensation related matters. Review and approve job descriptions utilizing Payfactors’ job description management system Evaluate market data culled from various sources including Payfactors, ERI, and CompTool Work with HRIS to ensure employee job and compensation data is accurate in our systems including UKG, WorkForce Management, iCIMS, and Payfactors. Provide employee compensation data to requesting parties in an organized and cohesive format Participate in approved compensation surveys and respond to mandatory BLS surveys Respond as requested to job and compensation questions in a timely manner

What You Bring to
Connection:
Self-motivation with a strong interest to administer compensation programs Advanced specialized knowledge in compensation principles and practices Good understanding of regulatory compliance and audit procedures Advanced Excel skills to include pivot tables and charts Strong analytical skills with ability to gather and extract data utilizing spreadsheets and compensation data systems. Payfactors expertise is a plus. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred.
