Job:
Prepares multiple and various general ledger and physician compensation analyses for review. Works under close supervision of the Manager of Provider Compensation in the preparation of Medical Group provider compensation analysis and reporting. Assists in the preparation of monthly financial statements, supporting account analysis and statistical analysis. Supports Medical Group Finance in maintaining accounting policies and standards in accordance with GAAP.
What You’ll Do:
Prepares and analyzes provider compensation reports and payroll information Works independently to review and process ad-hoc provider payments following the Medical Group Policies and Procedures Produces monthly provider compensation accruals for financial reporting Responsible for assigning correct provider types within the Workday System Analyzes monthly variances in provider compensation expenses Responsible for responding to provider compensation related inquires within a timely manner to provide Practice Managers, Administrative Directors, and Providers with support for compensation related questions And more
Who You Are:
High school diploma or GED Knowledge of general medical practice policies and procedures, Required Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience, Preferred Experience in
