Role Overview:

The Benefits Administrator will manage and coordinate all aspects of our employee benefits offerings, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills who enjoys the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a team supported and informed.

Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, dental, vision, retirement) Serve as point of contact for employee questions about benefits, eligibility, and coverage Handle employee enrollment, changes, and terminations in benefit plans Work with vendors and brokers to ensure accurate plan management and compliance Maintain uptodate records and documentation Support annual open enrollment and policy renewals Assist with benefitrelated compliance requirements (e.g., ACA, COBRA, ERISA)

Who You Are:

You have experience in HR, benefits administration, or payroll You’re highly organized and discreet with sensitive information You’re proactive and solutionoriented You’re comfortable navigating benefit portals and Excel You communicate clearly and kindly with employees and vendors Fluent in

English and Spanish Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in HR or benefitsrelated roles Familiarity with U.S. benefit regulations and compliance
