- Payroll & Benefits you will:
We are seeking two detail-oriented and experienced Business Support Specialists to join our Payroll Department on a short-term contract basis. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in payroll processing, benefits deductions, and data accuracy. This role supports multi-state, biweekly payroll operations and requires familiarity with ADP systems and benefits compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Process daily payroll source documents including new hires, terminations, salary changes, retroactive pay, W-4s, direct deposit, and address changes.
Support payroll operations for all Client employees across various locations including home office, field medical, Washington D.C., and NNIRC.Ensure accurate data entry and integrity of employee information in ADP GlobalView.
Run and generate reports from ADP as requested.
Perform manual calculations for 401K and HSA/FSA deductions, especially for employees transferring between affiliates.
Assist with other payroll-related duties as assigned.
Top Skills Required:
Minimum 3 years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state environment.
Strong understanding of 401K, FSA, and HSA annual limits and compliance.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
At least 1 year of experience using ADP systems.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Human Resources or payroll compliance (ARBOX knowledge is a plus).Familiarity with federal and state labor laws.
Professional payroll certification (CPP or FPC) is highly desirable. Qualified candidates should

Pay Range
- : $30.00
- $33.49 per hour
- Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
