Hours:
M-F 9AM to 6
PM Pay:
$40 – $48 DOE •While this role is remote, the candidate MUST be located in NJ •This detail-oriented role administers sales compensation programs, ensuring compliance with legal standards and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing compensation plans, such as incentive structures, commissions, bonuses, and sales performance data governance. Accurately calculate manual incentives on a monthly basis, ensuring completeness and adherence to pay plans. Review inquiries from the sales and operations teams related to monthly incentive and commission payments. Conduct audits of sales compensation data on a regular cadence, ensuring data integrity, compliance with wage and hour laws, and alignment with company objectives. Ensure that sales compensation practices comply with company policies and all relevant labor laws, including wage and hour regulations. Participate in special projects as required, including system enhancements, compensation reviews, and process improvements.
