Salary – $17.50-$19.50 Responsibilities Assist in conducting Benefits Orientation & other trainings as needed. Communicate with QSAC staff about benefits plans including medical, dental, and transit. Assist staff with benefits enrollment during Life Events and Open Enrollment. Assist with the completion of all leave related and workers compensation forms. Process enrollments and terminations with current FSA/DEP/Commuter/Cobra carriers. Process Vehicle No Fault Insurance applications. Review Insurance Waiver documentation. Electronic filing of all benefit related documents. Process all check requests for employee reimbursement programs and worker’s compensation medical invoices. Complete check requests for union invoices and prepare backup for benefit carrier invoices. Enter union salary changes in HRIS system. Process medical insurance waivers in HRIS system. Serve as backup to the HR Office Manager as needed. Punctuality and regular attendance is expected. Commitment to company values and adherence to policies. Complete required QSAC training. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management. Qualifications & Education Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field. 1 year of Human Resources experience. Benefits administration is a plus. Maintain discretion and confidentiality in sensitive situations. Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, HRIS programs and G-Suite. Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills. Must be well-organized and very detail oriented.
