Through December 2025 We are seeking a Temporary Benefits Specialist to join our client’s team and support their Human Resources department through the end of 2025. This is a full-time, in-office role based near the Pittsburgh International Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans Assist with open enrollment, qualifying life events, and employee inquiries Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.) Maintain accurate and confidential records in HRIS systems Coordinate benefits communications and provide ongoing support to employees Partner with vendors and carriers to resolve issues and ensure smooth plan operations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in benefits administration or a related HR role Strong knowledge of employee benefits and relevant compliance regulations Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information with confidentiality Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Why Join Us?
