Summary We are seeking a Benefits/Leave Specialist to join our team at the Institute for Human Resources and Services. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with employment labor laws. Your contributions will support our mission to provide equitable services to all individuals. Responsibilities This full-time position will focus on employee health care benefits; and FMLA and Leave of Absence management, along with other state, federal, and company policies. The Benefits/Leave Specialist will process leave requests and accommodations, particularly those that fall under FMLA, the ADA, or other state and local leave laws. The Benefits/Leave Specialist will also oversee the preparation and maintenance of health care benefits, as well as the determination of eligibility and distribution of benefits. Requirements At least 3-5 years of human resources experience related to benefits and/or leave management Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a related field or equivalent work experience SHRM or PHR certification preferred Experience with
