  We’re seeking a skilled Business Analyst with deep expertise in Workers’ Compensation and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
  .

This role is pivotal within our IT department, focusing on translating business needs from TPAs and Carriers into technical IT requirements for our development teams.
You’ll play a key role in data analysis, discovery, and reporting

Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirements elicitation for core TPA and Carrier functions, including: Claim data distribution and custom integrations.
Onboarding/offboarding claims.
Compliance reporting data needs.
Oversee data requirements and analysis for TPA clients and unbundled carriers, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Partner with client carrier relations to manage data relationships with unbundled carriers
.
Collaborate with IT and claim operations to streamline processes and enhance data infrastructure.
Act as a liaison between the organization and TPA clients for data needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven Business Analyst experience
, preferably in insurance.
Strong understanding of Workers’ Compensation and P&C insurance principles
.
Expertise in compliance reporting for carriers and unbundled carriers.
Familiarity with claim operations and associated data.
Proficiency with BI presentation tools, data modeling, and data architecture
.
Knowledge of data catalog/governance software (e.g., OvalEdge) a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
