This is an exempt, office-based position in Johnston, RI. Employee is required to be on-site three days per week on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Remote work on Wednesdays and Fridays and based on business needs. We are hiring a Benefits Delivery Analyst to join our world-class team! Uses expertise in employee benefit programs to ensure effective administration and communication of offerings, including health, retirement, and well-being programs. Delivers a high level of customer service by responding promptly and empathetically to employee inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the benefits lifecycle. Collaborates with key stakeholders within Total Rewards, Payroll, HR Data, and HR Product teams to ensure seamless and compliant program delivery. Operates with an approach, finding opportunities for process improvement and enhanced employee engagement. Receives mentorship as needed while demonstrating initiative, problem-solving capabilities, and a dedication to continuous improvement. Benefits:
Provide mentorship on all benefit policies, practices, programs, and guidelines, including leave of absence and retirement planning.
Resolve Benefits Issues:
Perform complex clerical duties requiring independent judgment and analysis to resolve routine employee/vendor benefits issues promptly. Complete routine administrative tasks related to the operation and administration of benefit plans.
Data Compilation:
Compile data for cost/benefit analysis to support decision-making processes.
Workday HCM Support:
Provide testing support for the implementation and operation of FM’s Workday HCM Platform.
Special Projects:
Support special projects as needed and perform additional benefits-related accountabilities as assigned. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in benefits or other HR or technical function. Soft Skills The perfect candidate shows initiative and takes ownership, being diligent to maintain accuracy and compliance in benefits administration. Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Strong analytical abilities are crucial for effectively managing multiple tasks and projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Workday is a plus! The candidate should have an ability to build and maintain positive relationships with management, peers, and other business units, as well as external vendors. A strong understanding and working knowledge of HR functions, processes, and data management are crucial to support organizational goals and improve employee experience. Education Bachelor’s degree required The hiring range for this position is $72,160 to $103,700 . The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
