As a Benefit Administrator, your daily activities will involveusing our proprietary lead management system to connect withbusiness owners and key decision-makers, introducing them to lifeand supplemental health benefits available for their employees.

This role is based in a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to5:00 PM, leading to a balanced work-life structure. Our innovativeprograms are made to deliver value not only to our clients but alsoto the communities in which we operate, creating a win-winscenario. The compensation plan is equally attractive, featuring an averagefirst-year income of $50,000 for Benefit Administrators. For thoseinterested in Management, earnings can exceed $100,000. There isalso potential for further career growth with the option to ownyour own agency. The accounts you handle are your clients, allowingfor fruitful relationships that are both professionally andfinancially rewarding.
