Thisrole is based in a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00PM, leading to a balanced work-life structure. The compensation plan is equally attractive, featuring an averagefirst-year income of $50,000 for Benefit Administrators. For thoseinterested in Management, earnings can exceed $100,000.
