In this position you will be responsible for the following: Serve as the lead time administrator for the Agency statewide.
Assist with benefits, retirement, and New Employee Orientation.
Assist area office time administrators.
Monitor payroll reports during payroll processing in SCEIS.Certify all classification and compensation actions entered into SCEIS by the Regional HR Coordinators.
Process employment verifications.
Request testing for select candidates.
Special projects and other duties as assigned.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
High School diploma and two years of clerical experience in payroll, finance, or related area. (A relevant Bachelor’s degree can be substituted for work experience).If invited to interview, please obtain your Official 10 year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles to bring with you.
