Role Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to coordinate resident transitions, support prospects in the sales cycle, and ensure smooth move-ins. This role involves assisting with unit personalization, addressing resident needs, overseeing renovation planning and execution, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate resident transitions and move-ins. Assist with unit personalization and renovation planning. Maintain vendor relationships and oversee project timelines. Support sales efforts and manage marketing materials. Update marketing database and maintain sales records. Conduct outreach visits and maintain professional communication with residents and families.

Qualifications:

Associate Degree in a related field. Two years of experience in the healthcare setting. Intermediate computer skills. Valid SC Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field. Three years of work experience in senior living. Knowledge in Electronic Health Records. Experience with CRM Software.
