In this role, you will be a key contributor in designing, analyzing, and implementingpensation initiatives while partnering with leaders across theanization. What You Will Do:

Design & Implement Compensation Strategies (25%)

  • Support the development ofpensation programs, including salary structures, market forecasting, and large-scale job or salary adjustments based on business needs and market trends.
    Job Evaluations & Salary Assessments (20%)
  • Analyze job descriptions for accuracy, assign salary grades, determine FLSA status, and provide rmendations to leadership.
    Partner with Talent Acquisition (15%)
  • Advise recruiters onpetitive salary offers and ensurepensation aligns withpany policies and industry standards.
    Data Analysis & ing (10%)
  • Develop and deliver business reports and metrics that supportpensation and HR initiatives.
    Compensation & HR Support (10%)
  • Serve as a key resource for internal teams, providing expert guidance onpensation-related inquiries.
    Compliance & Policy Interpretation (5%)
  • Stay up to date on federal and statepensation regulations, ensuringanizationalpliance.
    Market Research & Surveys (5%)
  • Participate in salary surveys, analyze data, and provide insights to maintainpetitive pay practices.
    Training & Communication (5%)
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and presentations to educate leaders and employees onpensation policies.
    Process Improvement (5%)
  • Rmend and implement improvements topensation and HR business processes.
What You Will Bring:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

3-5 years of human resources experience, with a focus onpensation preferred.

Skills & Proficiency:

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability tomunicateplex data in an easy-to-understand way.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Comfort in leading meetings and presenting to both small and large groups.
