Insurance Follow-Up Specialist – Immediate Start!
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate:

Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on denied commercial and Medicare claims to secure payment Conduct high-volume outbound calls to insurance carriers Perform thorough documentation of all activities, including calls, research, and updates Enter and track data using Excel and internal systems Top Skills for
Success:
Proactive and energetic—comfortable making a high volume of calls daily Strong initiative and follow-through Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams Detail-oriented with excellent written documentation habits
