Insurance Representative The Employers Choice Nashville, TN 37204 A national life insurance company is expanding due to back-to-back years of record market growth across the nation. You will take charge to implement the vision, mission, and core values established by the Whittingham Agencies.

Compensation:

Average compensation $60,000 – $80,000 in year one; uncapped commission

Responsibilities:

• Connect with business owners utilizing our state-of-the-art SalesForce platform
• Consult with business owners & HR directors about needed employee benefit programs
• Utilize proven company systems to partner with businesses and their employees
• Provide benefit enrollment services for business organizations
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly production and growth goals
• Communicate and plan weekly activity in partnership with the leadership team
• Follow established activity model for success

Qualifications:

• Professional representation of self and company
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn and be coached
• Desire to make a positive impact in the community
• Good organization and communication skills
• Position is NOT remote and requires local travel
• High School Diploma/GED needed
• Must have valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• Must pass background check
