Requirements Benefits Administrator:
Summary:
Assess and give advice to Managers and Supervisors on methods and approaches to resolving employee benefit issues.
Responds to benefits inquiries, including pension, retirement, and group insurance (including supplemental benefits)
Specialize in Human Resources at the professional level and carry out responsibilities in benefits, administering and advising employees and management regarding the interpretation of benefit policies, programs and procedures. - Advise employees regarding eligibility and coverage for all benefits.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and ERISA provisions.
- Manages

processing from start to finish.
- Maintains records of claims and processes cancellation forms for departing employees.
- May conduct employee presentations on benefit programs.
- May communicate with physicians, hospitals, and employees regarding claims.
- May handle complex aspects of benefit accounting and reconciliation.
- May conduct research to determine the effectiveness of benefit program and policies Job Requirements
- Analyzes and combines data to provide insights on benefits and group insurance programs.
- Identifies areas for improvement in program design and procedures.
- Records employee enrollment in benefits.
- Explains complex insurance aspects to employees and their dependents.
- Requires deep knowledge of benefits programs, company policies, and administrative procedures. Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a benefits role.
- Strong analytical skills, including data mining, evaluation, and visualization.
- Technical writing experience in reports, queries, and presentations.
- Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to learn other systems Preferred skills and qualifications Experience with Excel.

Education:
