Salary:

Job Details Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client matters,ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Manageand maintain client accounts, including policy changes, claims, andrenewals. Oversee the employee benefits enrollment process toensure a seamless experience for clients. Collaborate with thebrokerage team to develop and implement effective strategies thatmeet client needs. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations,including HIPPA, COBRA, FLEX, and ERISA. Actively participate inthe renewal process, including preparing and presenting renewalproposals to clients. Develop and maintain strong relationshipswith carriers and vendors to ensure the best possible service forclients. Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes toprovide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5years of experience in a similar role, preferably within theinsurance industry. Proven experience in managing clientrelationships, with a strong focus on customer service.
Comprehensive knowledge of health and life insurance, as well asrelevant regulations such as HIPPA, COBRA, FLEX, and ERISA.Experience in managing policy changes, claims, and renewals.
Familiarity with the employee benefits enrollment process. Strongunderstanding of the insurance brokerage landscape. Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to buildstrong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project managementskills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment. Proficiency in using industry-specific software andtools.
