Compensation:
$140,000 – $150,000
What You’ll Be Doing:
Drive benefits strategy, plan renewals, pricing, and compliance initiatives.
Lead workers’ compensation program, including claims, investigations, and litigation.
Oversee open enrollment from materials to system testing and communication.
Maintain HRIS system integrity and resolve vendor data discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with ERISA, DOL, ACA, HIPAA, and other regulations.
Serve as administrator for retirement plans, audits, and reporting.
Process and reconcile all benefit invoices and deductions. What You’ll Need to be
Considered:
Be able to do the job as described.
Advanced knowledge of Workday HRIS systems.
CEBS certification preferred.
Prior experience managing retirement plans and ERISA compliance.
Strong command of regulatory compliance and auditing practices.
Certifications like PHR/SPHR or
SHRM-CP/SCP
are a plus.
Strategic mindset with risk management and process optimization experience.
Ability to operate in a field-based, fast-paced environment
