As a Health and Benefits Director, you will lead clientengagements involving the design and management of the full arrayof health and benefits programs. You will drive the strategy andgrow relationships with current clients by leveraging yourexpertise alongside WTW’s array of solutions and capabilities andwill generate new business by participating in prospectingactivities. You will have the opportunity to provide input into theevolution of the WTW Health and Benefits practice and to be aleader in the marketplace.

Responsibilities include:
Leading theclient service team in the design and delivery of project plans;ensuring progress against established objectives, budgets,timelines, deliverables and quality standards Proactively advisingclients and ensuring the delivery of superior client serviceLeading vendor procurement strategy, negotiation, implementation,and optimization activities Engaging specialist resources andsubject matter experts to solve for client needs and generate newbusiness Materially growing Health and Benefits revenue through:
Anticipating client needs and cross-selling new solutions tocurrent clients Serving as the Health and Benefits expert in newclient pursuits by crafting solutions to meet prospect needsDemonstrating extensive leadership ability by directly managingand/or mentoring other colleagues Conducting final reviewdeliverable to ensure alignment to client objectives, leverage ofoptimal WTW recommendations, services and solutions, and adherenceto WTW professional excellence standards Qualifications TheRequirements 10 years’ experience and demonstrated success in thedesign/management of complex health and welfare plans gained in aconsulting or brokerage environment Proven ability to generaterevenue Track record of success in managing and growing clientrelationships An executive presence with polished and welldeveloped written and oral communication skills Superior ability toinfluence and collaborate with senior management and work acrossall levels of an organization Excellent Microsoft Office skills,particularly in Excel and PowerPoint State Life and Health licenserequired within 90 days of joining CEBS designation, or health andwelfare actuarial or underwriting training desired Bachelors degreestrongly preferred; HS diploma required Compensation and BenefitsBase salary range and benefits information for this position arebeing included in accordance with requirements of variousstate/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salariesmay vary for different individuals in the same role based onseveral factors, including but not limited to location of the role,individual competencies, education/professional certifications,qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potentialfor revenue generation (Producer roles only). Compensation The basesalary compensation range being offered for this role is $150,000 -$195,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annualshort-term incentive bonus.
