This is a full-time salary position working onsite directly with, a large employer organization headquartered in Sunrise, Florida. The Public & Labor Onsite Representative supports client retention by providing issue resolution and information to existing accounts throughout the life of the account. This role works independently to solve problems and resolve issues for existing business. It is a customer-facing position focused on building strong relationships with plan sponsors and members. Fundamental Components Responsibilities include handling member inquiries, including customer service issues, benefits, and policy administration. The representative will serve as a subject matter expert for benefits, policies, processes, and claims resolution. Oversight includes plan sponsor eligibility, utilization management, and claims reporting. Travel to multiple plan sponsor locations is required. The representative will conduct open enrollment meetings, participate in employee health fairs, and attend community and plan sponsor events. Background Experience 1-2 years of health insurance industry or relevant experience Knowledge and experience in managed care and/or sales, such as product/process/systems knowledge, account management, healthcare RFPs, and knowledge of administrative operations. Presentation skills with the ability to modify communication delivery based on the audience. Ability to develop strong relationships internally and externally. Florida Health, Life, and Variable Annuity Insurance License, as required by state law (may be obtained within 120 days of hire date). Required Qualifications Must be comfortable traveling to assigned worksites and following health and safety measures. Strong oral and written communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
