Building on our ACA, Medicare, and supplemental health successes, we’re launching an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) business line to give employers and consumers a smarter path to health coverage. Position Summary You will launch, scale, and own our ICHRA division—driving strategy, compliance, distribution, and P&L. This is a “builder” role: you’ll create the roadmap, assemble the team, integrate technology, and deliver growth. Key Responsibilities Division Launch & Strategy Develop the 3-year business plan, budget, and KPIs for the ICHRA line. Secure carrier, TPA, and technology partnerships; negotiate SLAs and economics. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight Distribution & Growth Design omni-channel acquisition: direct-to-consumer funnels, employer outreach, broker/affiliate programs, and strategic alliances. Own pricing, contribution modeling, and consumer enrollment experience. Build processes for eligibility, contribution management, substantiation, and employee support. • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and CX to embed ICHRA modules in our existing tech stack. Hire, train, and mentor a cross-functional team (sales, account management, compliance, analytics). Manage P&L, forecasting, and cost-control; report performance to C- suite and investors. Required Qualifications 5+ years in health insurance or benefits administration; 2+ years in HRA/ICHRA or small-group/ICHIA leadership. Track record of launching or scaling a new product line or business unit Knowledge of ACA market dynamics, HRA regulations, and Section 125 premium-only plans. Strong command of data analytics and KPI dashboards to guide decisions. Exceptional leadership and communication skills; comfortable presenting to boards and regulators. Preferred Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed DTC or InsurTech environment. State Health/Life producer license (multi-state) and/or AHIP, CEBS, or RHU designation.
