The internal HR team is excited to offer a Total Rewards Manager position!
Your new role
As a Total Rewards Manager, you will develop and managepensation strategies, policies, and programs to attract and retain top talent. You will conduct market research, perform data analysis, and support global relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals. Additionally, you will overseepetitive, sustainable, and scalable benefits programs, handle escalations through the ticketing system, and act as the primary contact for brokers.
What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
5-8 years of benefits experience, preferably in a global organization, and 2+ years inpensation analysis.
Professional certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, CBP) are desirable.
Knowledge of benefits andpensation regulations, including state and federal laws.
Experience with benefits administration systems, handling escalations, and change management.
Strong analytical, leadership, and mentoring skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
Project management and multitasking abilities, proficient in HRIS andpensation tools.
Ability to explainplexpensation concepts; proficiency in Spanish and LATAM experience is ideal
