Total Rewards Manager Position Available In Hillsborough, Florida

The internal HR team is excited to offer a Total Rewards Manager position! Your new role As a Total Rewards Manager, you will develop and manage compensation strategies, policies, and programs to attract and retain top talent. You will conduct market research, perform data analysis, and support global relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals. Additionally, you will oversee competitive, sustainable, and scalable benefits programs, handle escalations through the ticketing system, and act as the primary contact for brokers. What you’ll need to succeed Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. 5-8 years of benefits experience, preferably in a global organization, and 2+ years in compensation analysis. Professional certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, CBP) are desirable. Knowledge of benefits and compensation regulations, including state and federal laws. Experience with benefits administration systems, handling escalations, and change management. Strong analytical, leadership, and mentoring skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs). Project management and multitasking abilities, proficient in HRIS and compensation tools.
