Job Description
Seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Manager to lead the design, analysis, and administration of executive pay programs, including equity, short- and long-term incentives, governance, and disclosures. This role plays a critical part in supporting talent strategy, driving performance, and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities:
Manage executive compensation cycles (merit, bonus, LTI, performance goals). Lead benchmarking, analytics, and modeling for compensation decisions. Oversee executive equity programs and compliance with SEC/Nasdaq rules. Support proxy reporting and board committee deliverables. Partner with legal, finance, HRIS, and external vendors. Drive process improvements through systems like SuccessFactors and SAP.
Requirements:
7+ years in compensation, preferably in financial services. Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or a related field. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong Excel, analytics, and presentation skills. Experience with HRIS systems (SAP, SuccessFactors) is highly preferred. CCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications are a plus.
