ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibility of assistant public defenders is to provide effective and professional representation to people charged with criminal offenses.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar or have either passed or recently sat for the Florida Bar Exam and have cleared Character and Fitness. EDUCATION and
