Director, Claims Solutions 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 1990 Vaughn Road NW, Kennesaw, GA Location Kennesaw, GA •Hybrid 3 days in office / 2 remote Job Type Employee, Full Time, Exempt Years of Experience 10+ years of technical and leadership experience in Workers’ Compensation claims. Insurance designations, such as AIC, CPCU, or ARM preferred Education Level 4-year college degree Career Level Professional Director, Claims Solutions requires a blend of strategic oversight, client relationship management, operational improvements, and leadership to drive business success. Responsibilities include strategic planning and management, financial oversight, compliance and risk management, client engagement and growth, operations and process improvements, leadership and talent development, and cross department collaboration.

Essential Job Functions:

Sets policies & annual performance goals through development/maintenance of quality assurance and cost management guidelines, as well as growth & retention. Designs management controls and tracking tools to ensure that performance standards are optimized, and resources are maximized. Prepares and delivers data and analytical reports and information to Vice President, Workers’ Compensation as needed. Reviews and maintains compliance with regulatory entities and company policy. Develops metrics and solutions and consistently evaluates and monitors opportunities for improvement. Establishes and develops relationships with current and potential clients to provide opportunity for growth. Supports SOC Operations by collaborating with all stakeholders. Develops and implements a talent strategy across the portfolio of functions to achieve goals. Provides experienced oversight and guidance on setting priorities, overseeing execution, and responding to results.

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of claims theory and practice, with strong analytical skills. Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities to manage and guide teams. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Exceptional communication capabilities. Proficiency in computerized claim systems. Occasional travel, with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record as per company standards.
