The Compensation Manager is responsible for leading broad-based and incentive compensation programs and ensuring that they are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Manages base salary and incentive programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and competitive market standards
Oversee salary participation and procurement, ensuring efficient processes and accuracy of data
Conducts market analysis and regularly reviews to ensure the competitiveness of the company’s base salary and incentive programs.
Administer and manage various short-term incentive programs and the annual merit process
Develop and maintain compensation-related databases and systems that support the organization’s compensation programs
Partner with the HRIS team to produce current or historical ad hoc reports, manipulating data as needed to provide analyses for the Compensation Director or other senior leaders
Research compensation trends or market data, collaborating with HR Business Partners and company leaders to inform compensation strategy
Collaborate with Corporate and Division personnel on general compensation-related issues and initiatives
Stay informed about federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Five years of progressive compensation experience

Physical Requirements
This position is primarily office-based, operating in a professional and climate-controlled environment.
