The Retirement Plan Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration and compliance of the organizations retirement plans, including 403(b), pension, and other defined benefit or defined contribution plans This role ensures that plans are operated in accordance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices, while providing expert guidance to employees and management on retirement planning matters Manage the daily operations and long-term strategy of all company-sponsored retirement plans Serve as the primary point of contact for retirement plan providers, record keepers, auditors, and legal counsel Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, DOL, and other regulatory agencies Conduct periodic plan reviews to ensure alignment with organizational goals and legal standards Coordinate annual audits, Form 5500 filings, nondiscrimination testing, and other regulatory reporting Lead plan design changes and implementations in collaboration with senior leadership and external vendors Develop and deliver retirement education and communication programs for employees Monitor plan investments and work with investment committees or advisors on fund lineup changes Respond to employee inquiries about plan benefits, eligibility, loans, distributions, and rollovers Maintain accurate plan documentation, records, and procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience in retirement plan administration or benefits management Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations Experience with defined contribution and/or defined benefit plans Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency with MS Excel
