Summary:
Seeking a Program Manager specialized in Global Compensation to manage and lead reward programs, compensation processes, and collaborate with HR and business units.
Job Requirements:
BS in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Finance, Statistics or related field 5+ years of leadership experience in compensation & benefits in large/global organizations Experience building compensation & bonus packages for departments and senior-level leadership roles Understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems (e.g., WTW, Mercer, Aon, Hay) Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software (ideally SAP / Success Factors) Expert level Excel & data analytics experience
Preferred Skills:
Experience in gender pay (gap) analysis
Job Responsibilities:
Support the application and execution of reward programs Lead the administration process for company reward plans Independently manage annual compensation processes including merit review and bonus payout Coach on reward plan specifics and respond to local HR and business enquiries Stay updated on market trends and surveys; recommend changes/enhancements to existing programs Manage relationships with third-party administrators for quality service delivery Collaborate with Global COE, HR colleagues, Finance, and Legal to communicate materials, prepare reports, ensure compliance Maintain job grading and architecture; draft job descriptions; perform job analyses and gradings Guide Regional C&B manager and Local HRs on job architecture and leveling matters Participate in designing compensation packages that align with company programs
