Weeding, light landscaping, trimming and dead-heading of flowers and plants.

Requirements:

General maintenance experience a must. Ability to obtain the Certified Pool Operator certification Ability to be on call, work weekends, and work longer shifts as needed. •Hours may vary during the winter season.•Skilled in the use of hand and power tools. including but not limited to hammers, saws, drills, wrenches, hoists, etc. Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts. Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary. Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices. Strong organizational and follow up skills. Eye for detail. Professional presentation and attitude. Ability to maintain focus while working individually. Strong time management skills. Positive attitude and willingness to help guests and staff.
