Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Employee Benefits Director located in Southaven, MS. The Employee Benefits Director will be responsible for overseeing the Account Managers, benefits administration, overseeing client employee benefits programs, managing COBRA compliance, and handling contribution & benefits strategies for clients. Qualifications Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits expertise Experience in ACA, FMLA, and COBRA compliance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with carrier systems and Employee Navigator is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and currently licensed in Health and Accident through the Department of Insurance.
