About the Position
This individual will serve as the Deputy Division Director•EAE Field Operations in the Division of Economic Assistance Eligibility and will report directly to the Economic Assistance Eligibility Division Director. This person will be responsible for the oversight of Economic Assistance Eligibility’s Field Operations which includes nine (9) Regional Directors, 84 county offices, and over 600 county and regional office employees. This individual will be responsible for monitoring programmatic data and employee performance trends to ensure change opportunities are identified and addressed timely, supporting Regional Directors in their efforts to manage their assigned county offices, address client complaints, etc.
What you’ll need to be Successful
Candidate must have demonstrable experience leading large teams, strategic planning, and using data to inform decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, conflict resolution, forecasting, budgetary oversight, position competency and accountability development are required. Current or previous experience in SNAP and/or TANF eligibility is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
This is a non-state service position. Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree, 8+ years of experience, and 5+ years of supervisory experience. Current or previous experience in SNAP and/or TANF eligibility is preferred.
