Reporting tothe Director, Executive Compensation, the Manager, ExecutiveCompensation provides support to the Global Rewards Team on avariety of programs and projects with particular focus on executivecompensation, Compensation Committee material development, equityplanning, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) administration.
May also support sales and broad-based compensation programs asneeded.
Who you are: Thorough collaboration, communication, presentation, andinterpersonal skills Critical high-level attention to data integrity andaccuracy Advanced skills related to data gathering and manipulation forbusiness analysis Ability to effectively establish, manage, and leveragerelationships with internal and external partners Project management skills are essential Advanced knowledge of Excel Advanced PowerPoint skills required HRIS skills highly preferred Being cognizant of the urgency and time sensitivity related toexecutive compensation requests Demonstration to problem solve and think outside-of-the-box /self-starter Excellent analytical, organizational, communication skills Capable of managing multi-task assignments simultaneously Comfortable reading/writing internal business documents, policystatements, and process reviewsWhat you will do: Support overall program management and administration ofexecutive compensation Collaborate with HR business partners and rewards leadership toreview executive roles and recommend appropriate grade and paylevel for new hires, promotions, and retention reviews Support material development for the Compensation and HumanCapital Committee meetings Conduct extensive research related to executive compensationmarket trends, including that available in publicly disclosedfinancial documents (proxy, 10-ks, 8-ks, etc.) Oversee participation in third-party market surveys forexecutive positions Assist with the administration of the global compensationplanning processes including merit, bonus, and equity Administer global Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP),including monitoring employee eligibility, purchase auditing, andrefund processing Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes tosupport recommendations for program enhancements Provide analytical support regarding ad hoc research and otherrelated executive compensation projects Demonstrate understanding of the requirements/data elements tocreate reports which streamline and support compensationprograms Conduct executive compensation M&A due diligence andsupport integration Provide direction and oversight to junior staffWhat werequire: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience 3 years of executive compensation or relatedexperience
Preferred Qualifications:
Executive Compensation Consulting company experience Certified Executive Compensation Professional (World at Workcertification) or similar designation preferred

Pay Range:
$115,000 – $130,000The position is alsoeligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonusesare payable based on corporate and/or business segment performanceand are subject to individual performancemodifiers.
