Your new company Our client is an international Fast Moving Consumer Goods organization that is growing in their corporate US-based headquarters. They are looking for a Total Rewards Manager to join their team in their Raleigh, NC office! Your new role As a Rewards Manager, you will provide comprehensive support for Rewards processes and activities, with a strong focus on benefits and 401(k) administration. There will be payroll for up to 100 employees based in the US, and you will ensure accurate reporting and compliance with local legislation, market practices, and company guidelines. What you’ll need to succeed 5-8 years of Benefits, 401k or total rewards experience within a multinational organization Extensive experience in benefits administration, enrollments, vendor management and 401k administration. Proficiency in end-to-end payroll processing for US employees Skilled in HR systems (e.g., SAP, Dayforce, Paylocity) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities In-depth knowledge of US payroll, benefits, labor costs, and pension What you’ll get in return You will have the opportunity to work for a certified global top employer and be a part of a vibrant and growing culture.
