The Compensation Manager at the national level, will beresponsible for implementing and managing reward processes withinthe United States. You will be the primary contact within the localUS organization, addressing knowledge gaps, ensuring compliancewith local regulations, and adapting global Total Rewardsstrategies to fit the national context. Working with the GlobalTotal Rewards Manager to effectively roll out changes and supportour local HR. Client Details A leading logistics company operatingglobally across more than 100 companies. Specializing in Air andFreight. Description Implement and manage reward processes withinthe United States (approximately 7,500 employees) Ensure localprocesses align with global standards and execute localimplementation plans Capture and address day-to-day requestsrelated to Total Rewards (TR) analysis, job evaluation,international transfer analysis, and STI calculation/calibrationfrom the Center of Excellence (COE) Ensure tax compliance withinthe Share Matching Plan (SMP) Administer the bonus calculationprocess and plan assignments for all employees within the geographyAct as the primary contact within the local organization forTR-related issues Provide first-level support to local stakeholdersand escalate issues when necessary Provide training and guidance tolocal HR teams on TR processes and policies Coordinate with theGlobal TR Partner to effectively roll out changes in thecountry/countries Support local HR in understanding and adapting tonew initiatives Ensure compliance with local regulations andstandards Analyze deviations from the global blueprint and ensurenecessary local adaptations Profile Minimum 3 years of relevantexperience in analytical roles in Compensation and Benefits,Finance or other related areas in a global complex organization 3years work experience in a Compensation and Benefits role required,preferably at the managerial level Solid financial backgroundincluding understanding of legal, tax and employment legislationtopics Strong analytical skills with ability to deal with,synthesize and simplify large amount of data Proven experienceleading cross-collaborative projects at a national level at aminimum Excellent presentation skills and communicates effectivelywith C-suite and senior management Advanced skills in MS Office (inparticular Excel) Job Offer True temp to hire position Highlycompetitive hourly rate Medical, dental and vision benefits HybridSchedule 4 days on site with flexibility Fantastic company cultureand stability Growth opportunities within the compensation andbenefits team MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race,color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity orexpression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status,marital status, or based on an individual’s status in any group orclass protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
