Job Summary Our client, a prominent law practice, is seeking a versatile Compensation Manager to join their collaborative NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the administration of the compensation process, including previous experience handling merit and bonus processes, tracking work streams, completing salary surveys, benchmarking new positions, and budget modeling. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience in managing various cost analyses and budgets, while assisting with training initiatives related to compensation. CCP certification, highly preferred.
5+ years of experience, required.
Experience working with HRIS systems, specifically Workday, highly preferred.
Advanced Excel knowledge, required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The salary range for this role is $130k-$160k. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
