Employee Benefits Associate We are seeking associates with 3-5 years of executive compensation/ERISA experience to join our highly collaborative Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation team. Our team has experience in designing, developing and helping their clients implement their benefits and compensation programs, including equity and performance-based compensation arrangements, as well as advising on the fiduciary responsibility, prohibited transaction and funding rules of ERISA. In addition, our practice is top ranked across industry publications, including Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 US. Salary is $260,000+ commensurate with class year and experience.

We are looking for:

Experience in all aspects of executive compensation/ERISA, including but not limited to, ERISA’s fiduciary rules
Executive compensation in the context of both advisory work and M&A transactions
Large law firm experience strongly preferred
