Position:
As a senior member of the Advisor Performance & Compensation team you will provide strategic leadership and direction for the compensation framework, ensuring alignment with the broader objectives of the Rockefeller Global Family Office. You will be expected to implement best practices and foster a culture of excellence and accountability. In addition to managing the monthly compensation processes, you will be tasked with driving out enhanced and robust performance reporting and analytics that provide actionable insights to senior management. As a key liaison between the Advisor Performance & Compensation team and Field Leadership and Advisors, you will facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure seamless execution of compensation and performance initiatives.
Your role will also involve mentoring and developing junior team members, promoting a high-performance culture, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our advisors.
Responsibilities:
Direct and lead the execution of the RGFO Advisor Compensation Plan including performing reconciliations, analysis, and tracking of all incentive plan components, and responsible for the accurate and timely calculation of advisor incentive compensation plan payments. Collaborate with business leaders, Human Capital, and Finance team members in the design, implementation, planning, and ongoing evaluation of the Advisor Compensation Plan. Develop and drive processes and procedures that support the accurate tracking and reporting of all revenue and expenses related to the advisor compensation plan and continuously improve operational efficiencies. Partner with Technology to drive the evolution of Compensation and Performance tools.
Qualifications:
10+ years financial or compensation experience within the wealth management industry or a top-tier management consulting firm Must demonstrates a strong presence and possess exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with senior leaders and key stakeholders Strong analytical, problem solving, accounting, and data management skills with the ability to synthesize and present data to drive strategic financial and business decisions Highest level of Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint Client-focused with an understanding of the Wealth Management business and preferably advisory compensation models and systems Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, multi-tasking environment
Compensation Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $180,000 to $200,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
