As a Senior Director you will make a valuable difference everyday to our high-profile clients and prospects by developing leadingedge solutions to address their health and benefits and broaderbenefits issues. You will lead large, highly visible clientengagements as well as develop and manage active pipelines, growrelationships with current and prospective clients, and demonstratehow our organization’s superior strategic resources andcapabilities can address their concerns. You will serve as a keyvoice to the marketplace of one of the world’s leading HRconsulting firms and have the ability to contribute to theevolution of health care delivery in North America. The Role Serveas the strategic partner and trusted advisor to large, complexclients in the design and management of their health and benefitsprograms, Primary accountability for creating and executing abusiness strategy to penetrate the local and regional market inobtaining completely new Health and Benefits clients of thecompany; retain and grow revenue with clients once on board Meet orexceed revenue and market penetration goals Serve as senior Healthand Benefits strategist for clients, ensuring that health andwelfare plan design meets clients’ needs and fits within overallbenefits strategy Raise awareness of WTWs capabilities in themarketplace through conference appearances and various otherprofile building venues Contribute to the development of new toolsand approaches Build relationships internally with sales andmarketing team and consultants within and outside H&B toeffectively collaborate on sales opportunities Help to identify anddevelop future talent Qualifications The Requirements 15 years’experience in the design/management of large group health andwelfare plans gained in a consulting or brokerage environment Trackrecord of success in managing and growing large clientrelationships, together with proven ability to generate revenue Anexecutive presence with polished and well developed written andoral communication skills Ability to influence and collaborate withsenior management and work across all levels of an organizationInterest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments inhealth and welfare plan strategy and contributing to thedevelopment of new tools and approaches Excellent Microsoft Officeskills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint Availability to travelregularly Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma requiredState Life and Health license required within 90 days of joiningCompany Benefits WTW provides a competitive benefit package whichincludes the following (eligibility requirements apply):
