Key Responsibilities:

Schedule, direct, supervise and train all department personnel (housekeeping, security guards, and maintenance staff). Work closely with the Community Sales and Marketing Director to coordinate resident moves into and within the Community. Assist residents and patients with specific needs upon request. Coordinate environmental services with other related departments. Maintain, supervise, and monitor the work order system. Maintain inventory record of supplies. Order and maintain appropriate stock of supplies for the department. Oversee all building, grounds, and equipment needs, including landscaping, pool upkeep, maintenance, and pest control. Manage and monitor safety systems like fire alarms and security system. Engage in community activities, from disaster preparedness to ongoing training and meetings.

Position Requirements:

Minimum:

High School Diploma or GED Valid driver’s license issued by the State of South Carolina 1-3 years of related or supervisory experience Computer skills

Preferred:
